7 Data Retention & Deletion

Wdbos retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as long as is necessary to provide services to you. Retention periods are also determined by applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The following are the general data retention guidelines at wdbos:

• Identity & Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active and for a period of no less than 5 years after account closure to meet anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: All deposit and withdrawal records in MYR are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable financial reporting requirements.
• Technical Log Data: Server logs and technical usage data are retained for 90 days for security and technical troubleshooting purposes.
