1 Definitions & Interpretations

In this wdbos Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wdbos platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. wdbos strictly prohibits any person under the legal age from participating in any form of gambling or wagering.
• You are private individual who registers for personal use only — not on behalf of a business entity or for any commercial purpose without wdbos's written consent.
• You residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from a location where the use of such services is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You never been restricted or previously suspended from the wdbos platform for any reason.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on wdbos at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information to circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 wdbos Member Account

Once your wdbos account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place within that account. This responsibility includes the following:

• Password Confidentiality: You must keep your wdbos account password confidential at all times. Do not share it with anyone, including family members. wdbos will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
• Device Security: Ensure that any device used to access wdbos is always secure and not shared with unknown individuals.
• Immediate Reporting: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the wdbos support team immediately via live chat or email.

Your wdbos account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the wdbos platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wdbos accepts the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX via Maybank2u
• FPX via CIMB Clicks

To withdraw funds, Members must satisfy the following conditions:

1. The account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
2. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same Member's name. wdbos will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4. Withdrawal processing time is typically within under 5 minutes for e-wallets and up to one business day for bank transfers.

Wdbos reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or compliance purposes in certain cases. Should a delay occur, our team will contact you within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wdbos offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all wdbos bonuses are as follows:

• One bonus per offer: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, account, IP address, device, or shared household.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses received must meet the specified rollover (wagering) requirements before any winnings or bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each offer.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games. Using a bonus on an ineligible game may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino games available on the wdbos platform — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and all slots — are governed by the rules set by their respective game providers. Full rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

Key things every wdbos Member should understand about casino games:

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) verified and audited by independent bodies to ensure fairness and impartiality.
• Settled game results are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by wdbos.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wdbos will return the original stake to the Member. wdbos is not liable for any potential winnings that may have been achieved had the game continued.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to play on wdbos is strictly prohibited.

7 Sports Betting & Live Matches

Wdbos offers Sports Betting across a wide range of events, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), badminton, cricket, esports, and more. The specific terms for the Sports Betting section are as follows:

• Odds: All odds displayed on the wdbos platform are shown in the stated format and are subject to change at any time prior to the start of a match. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets will be refunded to the Member's account.
• Live Betting: Bets placed during a live match (in-play) are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring all betting details are accurate before confirmation.
• Bet Limit: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport and market. The applicable limits will be displayed during the betting process.

8 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all wdbos Members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent restrictions.
• The use of bots, automation software, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to play games or place bets.
• Fraud, collusion, or any form of unauthorised cooperation between Members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised financial advantage.
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or another party's financial information without their consent.
• Submission of falsified identity documents or inaccurate personal information.
• Any form of money laundering or financial criminal activity conducted through the wdbos platform.

Wdbos reserves the right to restrict, freeze, or close any account suspected of involvement in any of the above activities without prior notice. In such cases, all account balances may be withheld while an investigation is conducted.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Wdbos reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified period.
• Activities suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Instructions from a relevant regulatory body or authority.
• A Member's own request to close their account.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the wdbos support team. Once an account is closed, Members may request withdrawal of any valid balance after all rollover requirements have been met and no investigations are ongoing.

10 Data Protection & Privacy

Wdbos is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all Members' personal data. Any information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement.

In summary, wdbos will:

• Keeping your data secure using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Not selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Using your data solely for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, transaction processing, and legal compliance.
• Grants you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

11 Limitation of Liability

Wdbos provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law:

• Wdbos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
• Wdbos's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Wdbos is not liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet outages, or government actions.

12 Responsible Gaming

Wdbos believes that gambling should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide a range of self-control tools to help Members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a temporary break from the wdbos platform for a duration of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently self-exclude from the wdbos platform if needed.

13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Wdbos reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the wdbos website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever an amendment is made. 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where wdbos operates and is licensed. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the wdbos platform shall be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days from the date the claim is raised.

Should resolution through negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
